Imperial Beach Community Clinic has been providing high quality affordable health care to residents of Imperial Beach and southwest San Diego since 1971. We have a special mission to provide primary health care to uninsured and low-income residents of southwest San Diego County who can't afford the full cost of essential health care services. We accept Tricare, Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families, AIM, CHAMPVA, and other insurances, and uninsured patients can apply for a reduction in costs for essential services. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
